If your child is
interested in participating on the Bantam/Midget travel team for the
upcoming 2010-2011 season, you are invited to attend an important parent
meeting to be held at Oilers Ice Center, on Thursday, July 8th at
7:00pm.

Hamilton, would like to introduce himself and discuss his plans for the
upcoming season.
Members of the
TYHA Board will be in attendance to answer any questions you may have
regarding the Board's decision to field an 18 and under (U18) Midget
Major team. The Board has spent a considerable amount of time
exploring all options to ensure that the best possible decision is made
for all players in our Association. This
decision was made based on several factors and the information available
to us at this time:
- A U18 team can accommodate the
widest range of players, 1992 thru 1997 birth year.
- The preliminary numbers for each
age group are not sufficient to support each individual age group
having their own team. (U18, U16, Bantam)
- A U16 team would exclude 7
interested players, possibly more.
Should there be
a significant change in the number of players, the Board will
reconsider the decision to combine all Bantam and Midget age players on
an 18 and under (U18) Midget Major team.

Due to the
potential number of interested players, you must attend at least one
try-out date to be considered for a roster position. We encourage you
to attend both sessions, but it is not mandatory. Try-out fee is $30 for both sessions. If
you attend both or just one session, the fee is still $30.
