Registration for 2010-2011 Season
Registration will be held Saturday, August 7th, 2010, from noon to 5:00pm at Oilers Ice Center, located at 6413 South Mingo Road in Tulsa.
Registration Process
1. Prior to registration date, go online to register with USA Hockey. The USA Hockey fees are $40 paid with a credit or debit card. There is no USA Hockey charge for 2004 birth year and younger, but all players must still register with USA Hockey.
- Go online at: www.usahockeyregistration.com
- Click "Ice Players & Coaches" and follow the directions. If under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must complete the process.
- PRINT your receipt with confirmation number and bar code.
- Bring original confirmation receipt to Oilers Ice Center on registration day to complete your registration. Keep a copy of confirmation receipt for your records.
2. Bring a photocopy of your birth certificate. A registered copy is not required as TYHA needs to retain the copy for our records. A copy is needed regardless if you have participated with TYHA in the past.
3. Bring complete, signed forms listed below under "Documents".
4. Photocopy of student ID, school schedule, or a letter from your school registrar as proof of enrollment in school is required for High School players.
5. Bring cash or checks for the TYHA Season fee. Pay the total amount in August and receive a discount or pay with six (6) checks (see details below, discount does not apply to High School).

Coaches Registration
All coaches must register on-line with USA Hockey, see instructions above. Complete the TYHA Coach Registration Forms and submit along with a copy of your USA Hockey confirmation receipt. For your convenience, forms can be filled in online and printed. Click on the form below to download.
Additional Information
- A player is not considered registered and will not be allowed on the ice until ALL required documents, forms, and payment is received.
- No player will be allowed to register that is in bad financial standing.
- There will be a $30 fee for returned checks.
- All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should extenuating circumstances arise, any request for a refund must be submitted to the TYHA Board for approval.
- TYHA is unable to provide financial assistance. However, TYHA is classified as a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization with the Internal Revenue Service and all sponsorship donations are fully tax deductible. We would encourage anyone in need of financial assistance to use our 501(c)(3) status to solicit donations on your behalf.

* Payment for the TYHA season can be made with 6 checks, all collected in August at registration, to be deposited one per month. Checks should be dated 08/01/10, 10/01/10, 11/01/10, 12/01/10, 01/01/11 and 02/01/11.
The fees listed above do not include the cost of jersey and socks for High School, Dedicated Travel and Pull Up Travel teams. Cost will vary by team. |
